Antony Anderson

He is married to Teresa Denney one of Anthony Denney’s twin daughters. He is a professional electrical engineer and consultant working with Ryton Associates. He is trained in the methodologies of research, problem solving and project management with a Ph.D from the University of St Andrews. His main tasks in the Denney case have been: With a long-standing interest in the History of Technology, and a Past Chairman of the Institution of Electrical Engineers Committee S7 on History of Technology, he is currently Chairman of the IEE Archives Committee

He organised the IEE exhibition within the Northern Electric Pavilion at the Gateshead Garden Festival in 1990. At the request of the Mayor and the Curator of the Town Museum of Colditz, he recently organised the material for the exhibition of watercolours "Everyday life in Oflag IVC Colditz", done by his father W.F.Anderson, while a Prisoner of War (1941-45). The exhibition was part of the celebrations for the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the town by the American Army in 1945 and is now on permanent display in Colditz Castle, Saxony.

He is a regular contributor of book reviews to the New Scientist.
