The Interested Insurers are offering a reward of up to US$400,000 for information leading to
the recovery of 3 paintings reported stolen on Wednesday, 8th August 2001, from the house of
Doña Esther Koplowitz in Madrid, Spain.
The 3 paintings, "El Columpio" by Goya, Foujita´s "Girl with a hat" and "Gitana" by Isidre
Nonell, are the sole property of Don Alberto Alcocer Torra, the former husband of Doña Esther
Koplowitz and are insured by him.
